I've totally been digging M. Ward lately. He reminds me a bit of early Tom Waits and a little Ryan Adams, not to say that he's not entirely his own thing. His newest album "Post-War" is definitely his most solid work yet. But check my favorite M. Ward track Vincent O'Brien, from his 3rd solo album "The Transfiguration of Vincent".
